This is a Thomas R Germany dessert plate with a Victorian Romance scene of two Ladies and a Gentleman. There are no chips, nicks or cracks, but it does show light wear from age and past handling/use. There is a spot on the top of the scene above the man that I thought was a thin scratch, but after looking closer, I believe it's original to the piece. Measures 6" and is signed Fragonard on the front.
