This is a ~160' recan. I used the first ~30' to shoot the test below. There should be about 160' usable left on the spool, but this should be considered an estimate. "Recan" means it's been returned to the can after some has been used. I bought a bunch of A-Minima film stock from a DP in TX in 2016. He was selling his film cameras and all his film. Film was freezer stored. I was a little skeptical of the film, so I tested it before I started using it. I have stored the film in one of my three dedicated film freezers since I received it, at -10F. It should be the same as it was when I tested it. This auction is for ONE can/spool. The film is on a 200' A-Minima reel. Thanks for looking! No returns on condoms, pregnancy tests, or film. By proceeding, buyer unconditionally agrees that film cannot be returned or refunded under ANY circumstance. Buyer further acknowledges that film is perishable and that once it is taken out of freezer and shipped, its value drops to zero. By proceeding with purchase, buyer explicitly agrees that venue for all disputes related to this transaction is the court in Urbana, IL and buyer explicitly grants personal jurisdiction to the court in Urbana, IL. Buyer further agrees not to dispute venue or jurisdiction. By proceeding with purchase, buyer explicitly agrees that s/he is entering into a contract with seller and seller alone. Item is sold as-is. In the event that reimbursement is not received within 30 days of demand, buyer agrees to pay 18% interest per annum on outstanding balance. Buyer explicitly agrees to bear all costs of collection -- of any fees, charges, or reversals levied or charged against seller or seller's accounts, including filing fees, court costs, and attorney's fees. Buyer explicitly agrees to first contact seller via seller's email address, which will be provided inside package containing item, in the event of any question, dispute, or misunderstanding, so that seller may have an opportunity to evaluate and address buyer's concerns. Buyer explicitly agrees that seller's damages for any returns shall be calculated as follows: cost of shipping item from seller to buyer plus cost of shipping item from buyer to seller plus difference between buyer's agreed purchase price and price which item sells for after being offered in a ten day auction with $1 starting price plus any and all collection costs incurred by seller. Finally, buyer acknowledges that this contract is made freely and willingly and that buyer can attempt to negotiate different terms with seller before purchase, or that buyer can find an alternative item from another seller with different terms. Buyer explicitly admits and agrees that this contract is neither a contract of adhesion nor a form contract. Buyer further agrees not to contest any of the terms of this contract.
